Till the disposal of the appeal, the order of cancellation of authorization dated 18.05.2015 is suspended and this suspension should not be construed as an expression of any opinion on the allegations made against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J)
