This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.708 of 2016 in O.S.No.490 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
