HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Sri A.Sai Chakravarthy, counsel, was holding Vakalat on behalf of the applicant in O.A.No.521 of 2013 on the file of A.P.Administrative Tribunal. In the mean time, he became Government Pleader and, therefore, Tribunal directed printing the name of the applicant as party-in-person along with the name of the counsel on record. Later the O.A. was transferred to this Court. In the mean time, counsel seized to be Government Pleader and states that he has instructions to represent the petitioner. He submits that on account of subsequent developments, cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the same, Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
