HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19172 OF 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani dated 19-091996 in Industrial Dispute No.87 of 1993. 2.

First respondent herein approached Labour Court, Godavarikhani for setting aside the removal order, dated 31-081989 and for re-instatement with continuity of service and attendant benefits and back wages and the Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, passed award directing the respondent to re-instate the petitioner into service with continuity of service along with attendant benefits in respect of increments only and without back-wages, while ordering with-hold of one increment by way of penalty and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed.

3. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed I.D.No.87 of 1993 before the Labour Court, was dismissed on 19-10-2010 for non-compliance of the order dated 18-08-2010.

Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
