By way of this application filed under Section 11of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act") the applicant seeks appointment of an Arbitrator for resolution of disputes arising under the lease agreement dated 15-08-2008 entered into by and between them.

When the matter is taken up hearing, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the subject of matter of dispute is resolved by the parties, out of Court and no further orders need to be passed in this application.
