THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8282 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 14.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hindupur Police Station, Ananthapur District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is pertinent to mention here that there are internal disputes prevailed between the writ petitioners herein, who belong to Tabliqui Jamath Markaz Group with the members of Shura Group. The present 'Maimon Trust' has been running by the said Tabliqui Jamath Markaz Group. Due to the said disputes, on 10.03.2018, the members of both the groups approached the 2nd respondent herein for mediation.

As the same is involved with the religious aspects, the 2nd respondent herein advised them to pacify the said issue before their caste elders or to approach competent courts, for settling their issues, and sent them. Since then, no person of both the groups has not approached the 2nd respondent herein again. Apart from, the 2nd respondent herein never interfered with any of the activities of both the groups. It is further submitted that except on the above stated date, the 2nd respondent herein never met any of the persons and had not interfered with any of the activities of the writ petitioners as alleged by them. The respondent police should obey the orders, if any, passed by this Hon'ble Court, in connection with the present writ petition."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 14.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hindupur Police Station, Ananthapur District. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
