Learned counsel for the petitioners submits lis in the writ petition is covered by order, dated 16-07-2012 passed by this Court in WP.No.21433 of 2012. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of. Respondent No.6 is directed to receive and process the documents that may be presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lands for registration without insisting on submission of "No Objection Certificate" from the revenue authorities and register the same if they are in accordance with the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Registration Act, 1908.
