THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13505 of 2005 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in laying the road in cart track between Duddekunta and Ravulakolanu Villages in Simhadripuram Mandal, Kadapa District, in the land belonging to the petitioners. Though no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents, learned Government Pleader based on instructions submits that there is no proposal for laying of road between Duddekunta and Ravulakolanu Villages by acquiring the land of the petitioners, since there is already a cart track existing as road between the said two villages.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive, and recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
