ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that in pursuance of the order dated 20.12.2007 passed by this Court in WPMP No.35539 of 2007, the cases of the petitioners were considered and rejected.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order, if it is permissible under law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
