THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.35651 of 2012 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the respondents in not receiving the petitioner's application and not allowing him to appear in the test and interview as arbitrary and illegal. Sri K.Nageswara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was called for the interview and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

As the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous, the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall be also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ) 02nd December, 2016 JSU
