JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON NO.4751 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 13.12.2017 to the Registry stating that in the light of the settlement arrived at by and between the parties out of Court, he has been instructed by the petitioner to withdraw this revision. Accepting the request, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim suspension dated 05.11.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
