This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.3, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.32 of 2015-16 of Saroornagar Excise Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner - accused No.3 was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances.
