JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Criminal Appeal is filed against judgment, dated 05.7.2010, in Sessions Case No.104 of 2009 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court at Vijayawada.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh filed memo bearing USR No.1807 of

2016, wherein it is stated that the Superintendent of jail concerned through his letter, dated 03.3.2016, reported that the appellant, viz., Bobbillipati Stalin Babu died on 19.12.2011 due to cardiac arrest. A copy of the said letter is enclosed to the memo.
