Towliat Committee Masjid Noor-E- Mohammadi Situated At Municipal v. The State Of Telangana

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

This writ petition is filed on the ground that respondents 2 and 3 are not providing any necessary assistance and aid to the petitioner Towliath Committee in Managing the day to day affairs and prayers in the Mosque known as Masjid Noor-e-Mohammadi situated at Municipal No.1-4-1/A, Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, even though the petitioner submitted representations dated 25.03.2019 and 15.04.2019.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court feels that it is just and proper to dispose of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 25.03.2019 and 15.04.2019 of the petitioner in accordance with law, if they are entitled, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
