This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, challenging the judgment and award dated 16.10.2012 passed in M.O.P.No.197 of 2011 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC and STs (PoA) Act, Vizianagaram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants has sought permission of this court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
