THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9727 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order, dated 20.02.2017, demanding the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.16,66,199/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to prefer an appeal in accordance with Clause 3.11 of the Revised Marketing Disciplines Guidelines, 2015 and the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. In view of the same, the petitioner is given 30 days time from today for preferring the appeal, subject to payment of 25% of the demanded amount, within that time. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
