When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 13-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, would submit that in Cr.No.379 of 2011 of Medchal Police Station, charge sheet was filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.78 of 2012 on the file of XV M.M.Medchal and prayed this court to dismiss the petition as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
