THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.25389 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to sanction the grant-in-aid to the petitioners' under the Awareness Generation and Publicity (AGP) to PWDs, towards the organizing stage Programmes, counselling, Plays etc. by considering the representations made by the petitioners' society dated 17.3.2016 and 18.3.2016. Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, submits that the representations dated 17.03.2016 and 18.03.2016 made by the petitioners may be directed to be disposed of within a specific time frame.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Solicitor General, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representations made by the petitioners dated 17.3.2016 and 18.3.2016 within four (04) weeks from today.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
