This Company Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 433(e) and (f) read with Section 434 and Section 237(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956, for winding up of the Respondent Company on the ground that it failed to repay the debts. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled amicably and the petitioner is not interested to pursue the company petition. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Company Petition is closed.
