This writ petition is filed to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act in accordance with law and to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters to the Flat Nos 103, 104, 307, 308 and 109 constructed in plot bearing No.1035 situated in Sy.Nos 11/8 to 11/18 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5. Both counsel state that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court in WP.No.32614 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 18-12-2015 in WP.No.32614 of 2015 directing the respondents to release individual service connections to the Flat Nos 103, 104, 307, 308 and 109 of the petitioner constructed in plot bearing No.1035 situated in Sy.Nos 11/8 to 11/18 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District on payment of requisite charges within a period

of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
