THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos. 14459, 14460, 14461, 14463, 14465, 14467, 14469, 14470, 14472, 14496, 14502, 14509, 14553 and 14558 of 2011 COMMON ORDER:

The relief sought in these writ petitions being identical, they are taken up together for disposal by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 09.04.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11421 of 2010.

Learned Government Pleader submits no objection for making the same order as passed in W.P.No.11421 of 2010, in this batch of writ petitions as well. This Court, by order dated 09.04.2012, disposed of W.P.No.11421 of 2010, by observing as follows:

"In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition. If the petitioners are conducting the activity of supplying purified water to the people living in slum areas or to people who are in need of water, and such activity needs licence under the provisions of the Act, it is left open for the respondents Corporation to take action against the petitioners by giving appropriate prior notice, in accordance with law, and affording an opportunity of being heard. Resultantly, without following due process of law, the officials of the respondent Corporation shall not interfere with the activity of the petitioners in supplying the purified drinking water through reverse osmosis process to the people living in slum areas in and around of Vijayawada Hill Terrain.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs."

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of in the same terms as that

of W.P.No.11421 of 2010. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
