THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6227 OF 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Addanki to dispose of C.C.No.44 of 2014 on its file at the earliest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as the case is of the year 2014, the petitioner is facing lot of inconvenience in prosecuting the proceedings, since the disposal of C.C.No.44 of 2014 is being delayed, requested this Court to direct the concerned to dispose of C.C.No.44 of 2014 on its file at the earliest.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Addanki is directed to dispose of C.C.No.44 of 2014, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the result, criminal petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
