Today, the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' but yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
