This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 06.01.2012 in I.A.No.862 of 2011 in (A.S.) C.F.R.No.4260 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda.

Heard both the counsel.

As per the office note, A.S. CFR No.4260 of 2011 was numbered as A.S.No.3 of 2012 and the said appeal A.S.No.3 of 2012 was dismissed as abated on 18.06.2015.

In view of the office note, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
