HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25598 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings dated 27-07-2015 directing the 3rd respondent to handover the land to an extent of Ac.0-90 cents in Sy.No.237/4 of Ekarlapalli Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District to the 4th respondent without issuing the notice for cancellation of patta granted to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court passed interim orders on 13-08-2015. The petitioner has already filed revision against cancellation of assignment before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, impugned order dated 27-07-2015 is stayed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
