When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.Nos.12879 of 2006 and Batch dated 06.01.2017 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. 2.

Following the above said common order in W.P.Nos.12879 of 2006 and Batch dated 06.01.2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed in terms thereof.
