When the matter is taken up for hearing, Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in pursuance of the orders impugned in this Contempt Case, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 08.04.2019, therefore the orders impugned in this Contempt Case have been complied with. A copy of the said proceedings is produced before this Court. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the proceedings dated 08.04.2019, she is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
