Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner states that she is the resident of Thambuganipalli, Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District. She inherited the balance property as her father-in-law donated an extent of Ac.0-60 cents, situated in Survey No.147/A (present Survey No.151/4) of Thambuganipalli village and the remaining extent available is Ac.0.73 cents. In view of the succession, she applied for mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds on 27.01.2018 and when no action was taken, the present Writ Petition was filed.
Since this Court is satisfied that the petitioner made proper application under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act on 27.01.2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
