THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1927 OF 2017 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 23.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.28368 of 2017. In view of the order, dated 27.09.2017 passed by the District Panchayat Officer and in view of non-interference in the discharge of duties of the Sarpanch, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
