HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.12588 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents
2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dt.06-04-2016 issued by 4th respondent to show cause why the land assigned to the petitioners should not be cancelled.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that 4th respondent has no jurisdiction to issue impugned notice.
4. Since the petitioner can as well raise the said issue before 4th respondent also apart from other pleas on merits, I do not wish to entertain this Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file explanation to the show cause notice issued by 4th respondent raising all pleas open available at law on or before 30-04-2016 without fail and 4th respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.
6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
