CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 19300/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the e-auction notice dated 09.05.2016 issued by the respondent bank seeking to put the agricultural lands total admeasuring Ac.9.27 guntas situated in Survey Nos. 435/A, 435/B, 483/A, 482, 483 and 486 of Pachunoor Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District, Telangana State, belonging to the petitioners to sale under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of said Act and consequently quash the said e-auction notice dated 09.05.2016 and set aside all the measures taken by the respondent bank."

On 24.6.2016 the case was directed to be posted 'for dismissal' to 05.7.2016 in view of the absence of the counsel for the petitioners. Subsequently, the case was directed to be deleted from the said caption. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioners.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.17.6.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.
