THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NOs.2667 & 2428 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These two Criminal Revision Cases are filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the common order, dated 16-09-2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos.395 and 396 of 2016 in FIR No.108 of 2016 of Balkonda Police Station, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Armoor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of payment made by the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent agreed to withdraw the criminal case, no further orders need be passed in these revisions.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Cases are closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these Criminal Revision Cases shall stand closed.
