In fact, the suit in O.S. No.90 of 2007 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, Krishna District, was decreed with costs on 30.09.2015, whereas the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 8.9.2015. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
