THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20061 of 2011 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the plot bearing No.372-C situated in survey No.77 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, now in Raghavendra Colony of Serilingampally Circle, GHMC, Hyderabad and to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the respondents 3 and 4 to regularize lay-out under the Layout Regulation Scheme.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

An interim order came to be passed by this Court on 18-072011, wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider and pass orders with regard to the request of the petitioner and communicate the same within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. When the matter was takenup for hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record, the instructions dated 13-07-2015 received by him from the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad. A perusal of the said instructions show that the respondent No.2 herein issued G.O.Ms.No.128 Revenue (UC.III) Department, dated 29-02-2012 regularizing the schedule plot, apart from issuing a direction to refund an excess amount of Rs.107/- to the petitioner herein. Accordingly due Endorsement was issued in favour of the petitioner vide reference No.F1/747/573/08, dated 19-05-2012. Since the grievance of the petitioner is already addressed to, no cause survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto,

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
