ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.07, in Survey No. 216/2RU Yenkaypally village, Moinabad, RR district. Petitioner claims to have purchased the said property by way of registered sale deed. Petitioner placed reliance on the decision of the Tahsildar dated 10.10.2016 to contend that Tahsildar accepted the claim of the petitioner and ordered for mutating his name in revenue records and accordingly his name was mutated. According to petitioner, there is boundary dispute with his neighbor and to resolve the dispute and ascertain respective extents of land, he has applied for conducting of survey on 25.5.2017 through AP-Online services, but so far survey is not conducted.

Receipt issued by AP-Online is filed as Ex.P1. If application of petitioner for conducting survey is received and same is not acted upon so far, the Tahsildar shall consider request of the petitioner and shall take appropriate decision as per the orders of the Government and various circular instructions issued from time to time regarding considering request for conducting survey by the Commissioner of Survey and Land Records, within six weeks from date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions are closed.
