Sri S.Gopal Rao, learned counsel for appellant filed the letter dated 19.12.2017 stating that the appellant requested him to withdraw the appeal as the parties have settled the matter out of the Court and to that effect he enclosed the letter of the appellant dated 11.12.2017. In view of the said letter, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
