THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3145 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against the inaction of respondent No.2 in registering FIR on the complaint dated 04.07.2012 as illegal and not conducting any enquiry amounts to obligation of authority conferred on 2nd respondent.

The Assistant Government for Home submits that on the complaint dated 04.07.2012, FIR No.40 of 2012 was registered, enquired into and referred to as a civil dispute. In view of the subsequent developments, the prayer is unavailable and writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
