CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.31709 of 2017 18.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of certiorari for quashing order, dated 10.04.2017, in O.A.No.330 of 2012 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

After arguing the case, Mr.K.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to file a review petition before the Tribunal by stating that the aspect as to which is the relevant examination with reference to which the marks of directly recruited last candidate as per merit have to be considered has not been dealt with by it. 3.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 5.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39475 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
