G. Mallesappa, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.16428 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.
At this stage, it is not necessary for this Court to enter into the factual controversy raised in this writ petition. As a matter of fact, this Court on 19.05.2016, while acceding to the request of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies to post the matter on 01.06.2016, has suspended the impugned order dated 13.05.2016. Inasmuch as the order dated 13.05.2016 is only an order of suspension pending enquiry, which is already been suspended by this Court on 19.05.2016, interest of justice would be served if a direction is given to respondents to complete the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 13.05.2016 issued by 3rd respondent, in a time bound manner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-authorities to complete the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 13.05.2016 duly affording an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till passing of final orders, the interim order granted on 19.05.2016 shall be in subsistence. There shall be no order as to costs. In view of disposal of main writ petition, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________
