THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8346 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not considering the petitioner's application for incorporating his name in the revenue records in respect of the land in Survey No.587/1 admeasuring Ac.1.63 cents situated at Rayachoty Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. This Court noticed that the petitioner merely filed the application for incorporating his name in the revenue records. But, he did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioner wants incorporation of his name in the revenue records, he has to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
