K.Latchamma v. Bammidi Mahalaxmi And 6
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.1043 OF 1999 JUDGMENT:
On 18.12.2015, the learned counsel for the appellant represented that the sole-appellant had expired long back and requested time for taking steps. Today, he represents that he is unable to secure instructions and seeks to pass appropriate orders recording abatement, so that the legal heirs, if any interested, would prosecute the appeal.
Taking into consideration the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the instant Second Appeal stands abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand dismissed. ___________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J 7th January, 2016 siva
