This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ defendant under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 17-08-2012 passed in I.A.No.828 of 2012 in O.S.No.289 of 2010 by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet declining to amend the written statement. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.289 of 2010 was disposed of by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet on 02-06-2014. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
