When the matter is listed on 07.06.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that party has taken the bundle and seeks time for filing memo in respect of the same, and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

When the matter is listed today it is stated that petitioner expired and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for bringing his legal representatives on record. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
