ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.29 of Basapuram Village, Kundurpi Mandal, Anantapur District. While so, the third respondent issued a show cause notice-cum-suspension order on 31.03.2015 alleging certain irregularities against the petitioner. The petitioner distributed the stock till 27.03.2015. Challenging the said order dated 31.03.2015, the present writ petition is filed.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the show cause notice-cum-suspension order dated 31.03.2015, the petitioner wants to submit her explanation.

4. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to submit her explanation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and after receipt of such an explanation, the third respondent shall complete the enquiry within 30 days thereafter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________________ A. RAMALINGESWAR RAO, J 15th June, 2015 sj
