The petitioner is stated to be a claim petitioner in E.P.No.129 of 2008 filed for execution of decree in O.S.No.796 of 1999. The petitioner filed E.A.No.195 of 2013 and E.A.No.196 of 2013 claiming rights over the decree schedule property and when the said applications were not disposed of for a long time, the present Civil Revision Petitions are filed.

At the time of taking up the C.R.P.s, the petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court with regard to disposal of the said applications.

If the claim petitions filed by the petitioner in E.A.Nos.195 of 2013 and 196 of 2013 are not disposed of as on today, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti shall dispose of the same in accordance with law by giving due opportunity to all the parties on or before 30-04-2016. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No

costs.
