Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation that the respondent Corporation had already issued a notice to the 4th respondent, dated 24.08.2017, under Section 452(1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and further action will be taken as per law. Placing on record the above statement of the learned Standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipal Corporation to proceed in accordance with law pursuant to the said notice, after hearing all the stakeholders. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
