It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge(FTC), Mahabubnagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was settled before Lok Adalat on 12.09.2015, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
