Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application in Form 6A before the 4th respondent for effecting mutation in the name of the petitioner enclosing the copy of the decree dt.30.04.2018 in O.S. No.10 of 2016 of the Senior Civil Judge, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On such application being filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same within eight weeks. No costs.
