THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29324 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of lodging a complaint dated 08.01.2015 against the 4th respondent, no First Information Report has been registered by the 3rd respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, states that on 05.09.2016 F.I.R.No.368 of 2016 was registered by the 3rd respondent against the 4th respondent.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete investigation into the allegations contained in the First Information Report expeditiously and file a final report before the competent Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
