ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing notice dated 16.12.2009 to lease out the land to an extent of Acs.3.94 cents in Sy.No.286, Ponukumadu Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District, by way of public auction having declared the petitioners 1 and 2 as landless poor persons and without due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and also violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India".

Since it is represented that the lease period of three years had expired by afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
